These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and engagement with the professional services provided by Network Valley Pty Ltd (ABN: 40 701 608 175, ACN: 701 608 175).
1. Engagement & Scope of Work
All bespoke software development, systems integration, and technical advisory projects are subject to mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOW) outlining project milestones, deliverable specifications, and payment terms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, upon receipt of final project settlement, proprietary client code, assets, and deliverables transfer to the client, while underlying reusable frameworks and pre-existing modules remain the property of Network Valley Pty Ltd.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law, Network Valley Pty Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system modifications or third-party cloud hosting disruptions.
4. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
